We usually ship within 48-72 hours, and delivery take 2-4 days. Please see the full T&Cs.
We offer an easy 14 days return policy. If the fault was ours, we’ll give you a refund in the form of a site voucher.
To start the process, please go to “My Account”. On the “My orders” screen click the “Refund/Exchange” button for the appropriate order.

If your order hasn’t left our factory, just contact us. Otherwise you may contact the courier directly with your tracking number, they are very helpful and will redirect your parcel quickly.
As soon as your order is booked for collection, we’ll email you a tracking number, and mark the order as complete. If you get an email that your order was completed, but no tracking number please contact us. If you haven’t heard from us in 72 hours please contact us, sometimes there are delays making up your order.
As your order gets closer we’ll let you know each step of the way.

Generally speaking, yes. However for orders with Wampum items these are always shipped separately.

As a small business we love to hear from our customers. However with our distributed model and multiple vendors, we don’t always have the right answers for you.
