To submit a returns or exchange request, simply follow the steps below. Once we have received your parcel, we will follow our returns process.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1
- Submit a returns request:
- For small returns, drop off your parcel at 4000+ locations around South Africa (FREE for you)
- For larger items such as dog beds, we will contact you to arrange the return.
- Once we’ve received the items and they are in acceptable condition we’ll issue you a credit note to the value of received goods.
- You can then order anything from our store, and the credit will be applied automatically at checkout.
