Excellent quality and service. I ordered a dog jacket for my border collie and from the get go received friendly... service. From inquiring on my dog's size via their Whatsapp service to DogOnline calling to double check it would be a good fit before posting. That's service with care! Excellent customer service. I had to exchange a life jacket I ordered from them for a larger size. They assisted me... through the whole process and even helped me to receive the new life jacket in time for my holiday. The life jacket is of a great quality and I'm proud to own a locally made product. Will definitely use them again in the future!read more

I purchased my 9-week old puppy's life jacket on Tuesday morning, and it was delivered at my door the next morning.... Being in a so called "outlying area" this is no mean feat, and i would like to thank the team at DogOnline and The Courier Guy for their efficiency. More importantly, Cooper was wearing her life jacket when she fell into the swimming pool this morning and i am happy to report that she floated comfortably (albeit very frightened) until i could help her out. The jacket is comfortable, easy to put on, and impossible to get out of. And it's buoyancy is top notch, even with a hysterical puppy inside. Thank you, DogOnline.read more
