Dosage:
For topical use (50g tub):
- Applied every 8 hours or as necessary
- For topical pain relief, apply a thin layer of gel to the affected area
- Rub in gently and thoroughly
- Use on broken skin is not recommended as sensitivity may occur

Store in a cool dry place below 25C
